I am puzzled by the way these international codes have been allocated. Given that the code for the USA is 1, you might well think that someone has given it the top number because of its size and economic importance.
But why is the UK number 44 well down the list? And why does Ireland jump up to 353? There are many more apparent anomolies, but I hope you get my drift.
